"I’d like to thank Dr Wise, Dr Solanki and staff for the great job they did restoring my bite. At age 66, my bite changed drastically and I developed an open bite and eating was becoming a challenge. I was very nervous starting out and truthfully a little embarrassed at my age to be having braces but they put me at ease and gave me reassurance and it was well worth it. I just got them off today and am so happy to have my smile back not to mention being able to chew again."

"Dr. Wise was absolutely amazing throughout our daughter’s Invisalign treatment. Because she lives away from home with a host family for gymnastics training and frequently travels out of the country, traditional braces would have been very difficult. Invisalign was the perfect solution, and Dr. Wise made the entire process seamless.One of the biggest benefits was the minimal need for in-person visits. Our daughter was able to scan her teeth weekly, and Dr. Wise carefully reviewed her progress remotely, which gave us so much peace of mind. "I am 83 years old. 2 1/2 years ago I decided to go to an orthodontist because my front teeth were starting to move around and get crooked. I wanted a quick fix but Dr Wise told me I could wear Invisalign so I signed up. The doctor and staff were so very nice & helpful that I didn’t mind wearing Invisalign and some bottom metal braces after awhile. Don’t think you are too old to feel good about your smile. I did it and I’m proud of it whether I live another year or another 20 years. 😀"

"This place is absolutely incredible. I had braces as a teen and after my retainer got destroyed, I figured my teeth would be fine. They werent. My teeth become more and more crooked the older I got. I had accepted I would never have a great smile. That all changed when I walked in the door at Fleming Wise & Scherer. They used new technology to capture a digital rendering of my bite and what was needed to fix it. I just got my braces off today and I couldn't be happier! The staff is amazing and the results are even better. 10/10"

"I came to Dr Wise this past year through a referral, and I'm so glad I did. I had already gone through the Invisalign process elsewhere, but unfortunatley, it wasn't a great experience. My bite still needed work.Although I currently live in California, I visited their office while in town for the holidays and was incredibly impressed. Their team is so organized, knowledgeable and committed to making the process simple. They provided me with a digital scanner, which allows me to send scans every week-so being a patient of theirs out of state is very easy! "Sorry to see there are only 5 stars to give because if I could leave 10 stars… I would!! Dr Sam Wise and his staff have been so incredible the past several years with my two daughters. One daughter was a less complicated case, and she went through the traditional process and ended up with a gorgeous smile. My older daughter had a complicated case with a jaw defect that affected her self confidence, etc. When traditional and conservative methods didn’t work to fix her overbite, Dr Wise bent over backwards to help us find the right surgeon to deal with her issues. After several denials from insurance from other surgeons, Dr Wise reached out to another jaw surgeon who would then take on her case. The surgeon was amazing and we are so happy with the results and care we received. The collaboration between Dr Wise and the surgeon was amazing during every step of this process. My daughter is so thankful for the referral that ultimately fixed her overbite and has since said “changed her life”. The kindness didn’t stop there, as Dr Wise knowing how important for a high school senior to not have braces on… he moved up her removal of her braces so she can be braces free in May for her prom. She is so excited!These are the best of the best orthodontists and people. They treat you like family and go above and beyond. Thank you Dr Wise and team for everything! We could not be happier with both daughter’s results. I highly recommend this office!"

"I absolutely can’t recommend Fleming and Wise enough!!For reference, I am 25 y/o and haven’t had any previous ortho work done. I have always had a huge gap between my front teeth and wasn’t sure what could be done about it, until I asked my dentist. He recommended Fleming and Wise, so I decided to give them a try. The first appointment was really just a consultation, but Dr. Wise went through both of my options and explained which would be better suited for what he wanted the end result to look like (which was the closing of my gap). The process of choosing what route I wanted, and the payment plan for that route, was smooth and straightforward. I ultimately chose the Invisalign route, and the overall process was a seamless one! All of the staff were friendly and answered any questions I had! Everyone there is so kind and truly want you to have the best experience with them and want your smile to be the best it can! They are upfront with the timelines of things and are very communicative throughout the process! Again, I can’t recommend this office enough! :)"

"I am very pleased with my experience at Fleming and Wise Orthodontics, even though I had some frustrations during my treatment. Dr. Wise took my concerns seriously, addressed them directly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ended on a positive note. While there were challenges along the way, I am impressed by how he and his team ultimately handled the situation.When I became a patient in July 2023, I was told my braces treatment would take 12-16 months. The team consistently praised my progress, and Dr. Wise even mentioned I’d have my braces off by Christmas 2024. However, during a November appointment, another orthodontist informed me this timeline was no longer possible due to their busy schedule, pushing my removal date to April 2025.I also noticed recurring issues during visits, including delays where I waited 15-20 minutes past my scheduled time, equipment that didn’t always appear clean, and mirrors and protective glasses that seemed to me to be used by previous clients. Despite these frustrations, the staff remained professional and courteous throughout my treatment.After sharing my concerns publicly, Dr. Wise personally reached out, offering to remove my braces immediately, and followed through by scheduling me for the next available day, even bringing in staff on their day off. During my visit, he addressed all my concerns, including clarifying the clinic’s thorough cleaning procedures and promising to take additional steps to ensure everything is as polished as possible moving forward.Today, I had my braces removed, and the process was seamless. Dr. Wise and his team were professional, respectful, and attentive, which I deeply appreciated. While my experience with treatment timelines and communication was initially frustrating, I am very happy with how Dr. Wise took responsibility and worked to resolve the situation."

"I should have written this review much sooner. I had my Braces removed Dec 13th 2016, after a year of wearing them. Wearing braces as it goes .... was a very good experience I had, going to Fleming and Wise Orthodontics. From entering the front door, to seeing the technician, then to consulting with the doctor.... I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to wait at appointment time.. I was usually taken back to the examination room and my procedure was started right away. and the technician which ever one I had ( and they are all great) would explain what they were going to do that day. I was in and out in no time. I could go on and on about our talks, procedures and experiences all too many to list here, but please know the office and people there are wonderful, as are the doctors, Dr. Wise was my doctor and I liked him form my first consultation.
