The office atmosphere is professional and very friendly. The wait time is very short. They explain the process in detail before starting and also as they move through the process. They are always ask if you are doing OK, as they make you as comfortable as they can. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This office is truly exceptional. Front desk, back desk (I’m looking at you, Priscilla), assistants, consultation staff and obviously the doctors are exceeding when it comes to customer service and their profession. I have appreciated how they take time to explain each step and the goal for our kids personal orthodontic needs. They are always moving forward when it comes to technology advancement in orthodontic care. My kids describe them as funny, friendly, nice, kind, and “they talk to us”. My husband appreciates the coffee machine. I appreciate that they are doing phenomenal job creating beautiful smiles in my kids in an environment they are comfortable and in a fiscally responsible fashion.
