Office Hours

Appointments

Appointments to place your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually take one to two hours. You'll then see us every six to eight weeks for adjustment of your appliances, which usually takes 15 to 30 minutes. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.

Please understand that the vast majority of our patients are school-aged children. Although we do our best to minimize the number of classes that each patient has to miss, after-school appointments will not always be available. Longer appointments for appliance placement and removal are scheduled during morning and early afternoon hours, allowing us to schedule a greater number of patients with shorter appointments during the after-school hours. We greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Cancellation

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We urge you to cancel only if it is an emergency since most of our appointments are made six to eight weeks in advance and significantly fewer options will be available for you to reschedule. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
